  My husband and I went there one night with our 1 year old. The hostess never offered us a high chair. I grabbed one after hearing another customer ask for one. My son spilled the salsa on the table and the hostess watched us clean it up ourselves. We had to ask for utensils because they were never brought to us. My water had a gnat floating in it. I saw the hostess handle chips, drinks, menus, cash, and food without ever washing her hands or wearing gloves. On the bright side the tortillas tasted very fresh.
